Examination Schedule

Examinations are held during the month of October/ November and March/April respectively, as First Semester and Second Semester examination modules.

Academic Regulations

Requirement

Mandatory Attendance Rule

No student is allowed to write the Final Examinations or complete the course with less than 60% attendance. Attendance below 75% but not less than 60% shall be considered on the ground of health, or demise of immediate relations.

Evaluation Framework

Grading System

Each paper has a maximum weightage of 100 marks. In the case of College papers 40% is calculated from internal assessment. The pass mark for each subject is 40%. The grading system for Bachelor of Missiology course is as follows:

i. First Class 70% & Above

  • A+ 80% Marks and Above
  • A 75% Marks
  • A- 70% Marks

ii. Second Class 55% – 69%

  • B+ 65% Marks
  • B 60% Marks
  • B- 55% Marks

iii. Third Class 40% – 54%

  • C+ 50% Marks
  • C 45% Marks
  • C- 40% Marks

iv. Failure Below 40%

  • D 30% Marks
  • E 20% Marks
