Students' Body
The College forms a Students' Body (SB) for the welfare and unity of the students. The function of the SB is to assist the College faculty in maintaining discipline and fulfilling responsibilities of the College.
It is expected that students of this College will conduct themselves in such a way that Christ is honoured and glorified. This applies to one's personal life style and to relationships within and outside of the College Community.
The vital task of the SB committee is to fulfill this expectation. All bona-fide students/ trainees of the College are members of the Students' Body.
Key Responsibilities
Student Welfare & Unity
Promoting mutual care, fellowship, and unity among all enrolled students and missionary trainees across diverse cultural backgrounds.
Discipline & College Faculty Assistance
Assisting the Principal, Wardens, and faculty in upholding institutional discipline, hostel regulations, and college traditions.
Christ-Honouring Conduct
Guiding personal lifestyle, ethical testimony, and relationships both inside the campus and when representing MTC in outside communities.

The MTC Students' Pledge
"I promise to abide by the rules and regulations of Missionary Training College without any reservation, conforming to the needs of the institution as required by the traditions of the college, committing myself to accept the values that have been set by the institution and undergo a training to make me become a better asset of God's Kingdom, with a heart to live for others and for the well being of the institution, emptying myself from unworldly things and focus my mind on God's ministry alone. I declare that I accept all the traditions, rules and regulations of the college. I also understand and accept that my training course can be terminated by the college authority if they consider me unfit to continue the course due to different reasons, I promise to maintain a good conduct as student of Missionary Training College and make maximum contributions to the well-being of the institution"
